When King Ferdinand and his men swear off women in hopes of devoting themselves to their studies they forget one important fact…that they are men. So when a neighboring princess and her attending ladies arrive in court the men are forced to struggle between their vows and women who have captured their hearts. Full of romance and fantastical characters, this comedy by William Shakespeare examines men, their oaths, and the meaning of education.
Love's Labour's Lost joins a ten-year history of the Cromulent Shakespeare Company performing free summer shows in the parks around the Twin City area. We are pleased to be bringing both Shakespeare and live outdoor theatre to all kinds of audiences, communities and neighborhoods.
