Opening: Cromulent Shakespeare Company stages the Bard's dissertation on consummate scheming at the Minneapolis Theatre Garage. Anthony Sarnicky is Richard and Bethany Ford portrays Lady Anne. The production, directed by Timothy Jopek, will run in repertory with Mitchell Bucky Fay's adaptation of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." Leah Cooper directs that staging, which opens Saturday night and then will alternate with "Richard III." In addition, Cromulent will hold new-play readings on Monday nights during the run.
